Prices that drop as quantities rise

Many products have volume pricing: the more you order, the lower the unit price. The price tiers are shown on the product page, and the tier reached and the amount saved appear in the cart and in the quote.

The cart also tells you how many more units you need to reach the next tier.

Minimum quantities and pack sizes

Some products are sold from a minimum quantity and in multiples of their pack size, for example by the carton. These rules are shown on the product page and checked when you add to cart, with the nearest valid quantity suggested.

Business account and business prices

Register your company in your account with its registered name, IFU, RCCM and address. Once our team has verified it, your account gets “verified business” status.

You then benefit from business prices where they exist, company details pre-filled in your quotes, invoices in your company’s name and quick order.

Five-step quotes

For a large order, a made-to-order product, a product that requires import documents or a product not in the catalogue, request a quote. What you enter is saved as you go, even if your connection drops, and you can pick up where you left off on another device.

You choose between a quick estimate and a final price. After sending, you receive a request number, then the priced quote, which you can accept, decline or ask us to change.

• 2. Contact details: contact, address, registered name, IFU and RCCM.
• 3. Delivery and shipping: sea, air, your freight forwarder, in-store pickup or local delivery.
• 4. Documents and currency: import documents and quote currency (payment is made in XOF).
• 5. Summary and submission.

Import documents

When products require them, the quote request lists the documents needed (pro forma invoice, purchase order or other) and the items they relate to.

You can upload your documents in PDF, JPG, PNG or DOCX format, by drag and drop or directly with your phone’s camera. These documents are encrypted and stored securely.

Shipping and consolidation

Choose sea freight, charged per cubic metre, or air freight, charged per kilogram, or hand the shipment over to your own freight forwarder. The weight and volume of your request are calculated automatically.

With consolidated shipping, your goods can travel in a container shared with other orders, so you can import without filling a whole container. You follow every step, from loading to arrival in Burkina Faso.

Quick order

Know your product references? Type or paste your references and quantities, one per line: each line is checked before it is added to the cart.

Deposit and balance

Once the quote is accepted, you pay a deposit, the amount of which is shown on the quote, then the balance when the goods arrive. Every payment is recorded and shown in your account.

You can pay by Orange Money, Moov Money, bank card or, for business orders above a certain amount, by bank transfer. Your invoices are available as PDFs.
