Demonstration template — to be reviewed by a lawyer before any production use. These terms govern sales concluded on the E-Raaga store.

Purpose

They apply to every order placed on the store or the mobile app, by an individual or a business.

Prices and payment

Prices are in CFA francs (XOF), all taxes included. Payment is made by Orange Money, Moov Money, bank card, bank transfer or cash on delivery as shown at checkout.

Delivery

Lead times shown on the product page and in the cart are indicative; imported products depend on their arrival.

Returns

You have 14 days after delivery to request a return from your account.

Warranty

Products carry the warranty shown on their page, in addition to statutory warranties.
