E-Raaga wants everyone to be able to shop independently, whatever their disability, device or connection quality. This statement sets out our commitment and the accessibility status of the online store.

Our commitment

E-Raaga is committed to making its online store conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, level AA.

Accessibility is built in from the design stage: full keyboard navigation, sufficient contrast, text alternatives, clear forms, respect for the reduced-motion setting and layouts that adapt to every screen size.

Compliance status

The E-Raaga online store partially conforms to WCAG 2.2 level AA.

An accessibility audit, combining automated and manual testing, will be carried out before the store goes live. Its date and results will be published on this page.

Non-accessible content

The list of any non-conformities will be published after the audit, along with the actions planned to fix them.

If you run into a problem now, please let us know: we will offer you a solution, such as placing your order with the help of customer service.

Technologies used

The store’s accessibility relies on HTML, CSS and JavaScript.

The catalogue (category pages, product pages, information pages) can still be browsed without JavaScript.

Test environment

Testing is planned with the following screen readers, on desktop and mobile:

  • NVDA with an up-to-date browser on Windows;
  • VoiceOver on macOS and iOS;
  • TalkBack on Android.

Feedback and contact

If you cannot access a piece of content or a service, contact us through the Contact page (WhatsApp, phone, email or form), describing the page and the problem you encountered. We will reply and offer you an accessible alternative.

Escalation

If you have reported an accessibility issue and are not satisfied with our reply, you can send a written complaint to the publisher’s management, using the details shown in the Publisher block above. Your request will be reviewed and you will receive a response.
